4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring access to the work site, obtaining any necessary permits or approvals, and providing accurate information about the property and project requirements. Customers must also ensure that the work area is clear of obstacles, vehicles, and personal belongings before the scheduled start date. Failure to provide proper access or information may result in delays or additional charges.
5. Warranty and Guarantees
FBC Farmers Branch Concrete stands behind the quality of our work. We offer warranties on workmanship as outlined in your contract. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, extreme weather events, ground settling, or other factors beyond our control. Any warranty claims must be reported in writing within the timeframe specified in your contract.
6. Liability and Insurance

7. Cancellations and Changes
If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may be subject to a cancellation fee. Changes to the scope of work after the project has started may result in additional costs and delays. We will work with you to accommodate changes whenever possible.
